One credit equals one conversation analyzed, regardless of length or any other variables. A 5-minute call and a 60-minute call both cost 1 credit. The same applies to emails: one email thread, one credit. The model is built for pricing simplicity. You can predict your monthly bill from the count of conversations you plan to analyze, with no per-minute or per-token math to do.

Two paths. Stay on Starter and pay $0.75 per credit as you go, charged monthly with no minimum. Or upgrade to Growth and your effective per-credit cost drops to $0.25 inside your monthly allotment. We will notify you in the app as you approach the limit so the choice is yours, not a surprise.

Lean product teams grow. We did not want a pricing model that punishes you for adding the second PM, a CS leader, or an engineer to the workspace. Credits price what InsightStack actually costs us to run (LLM and ingestion compute) and stay flat as your team grows around it.

Growth includes 600 credits a month. If you process 800 in a month, the extra 200 are billed at $0.25 each. If you process 400, the unused 200 do not roll over. Most teams settle into a steady call volume; if your volume is genuinely lumpy, talk to us about Pro pricing instead.
